How to Fix Issue Where a Mouse Click Will Pause a Batch File Running in a Command Window in Windows 10 [Random]

Took a while of Googling to figure this out. But this relates to the "Quick Edit Mode" that seems to be implemented in Windows 10. I got the info here: https://superuser.com/questions/459609/what-does-it-do-exactly-if-i-click-in-the-window-of-cmd

To permanently disable this, you need to click the top left icon and select "Defaults". Near the middle of the dialog box, there's a option to uncheck the quick edit mode.

Note that if you click on the top left icon and select "Properties" instead, you get a similar menu but the setting will apply to only that particular command window.
