Outlook 2007 Error on Windows 8.1 [Random]

If you get the following error in Windows 8.1 for Outlook 2007, check and see if you installed the Lenovo Setting Dependence Package for for Windows 8.1. 

The crash started after I installed it, and went away after I uninstall it.
