A FYI for those people with WP8 phones and particularly the Nokia Lumia 520 -- connecting to the WPA2 Enterprise (WLAN/Wifi) network finally works for me now. (It has not worked until now.)
The fix appears to be associated with the latest set of updates from Nokia/Microsoft around November 14th, 2013.
So, if you have been dealing with similar issues, I would suggest updating all the system apps on your phone, and try to connect to your WPA2 Enterprise WiFi network again.
