Slow Cell Input/Refresh/Update for LibreOffice Calc Sheets [Random]

The "Excel" equivalent in LibreOffice can be really slow sometimes. If you are wondering what's going on, one possibility is that you are updating cells that are reference in other calculations cells, and those cells have conditional formatting. The cell refresh can take a few seconds instead of fractions of a second, and it gets troublesome if you need to put in even a few cells at a time.
To speed up the cell entry, I find that hiding the calculation cells that uses conditional formatting helps. If they are not being displayed (resize your window so they don't show, or move those cells to another worksheet), I can input/update cells quickly.
