I updated the set of journal RSS Feeds I monitor today. I describe some of the locations where you would find the RSS feed URL below. I find that setting this up helps me with keeping tab on what’s new in journals. I also use Google alerts for working papers relating to my research, which I have discussed before here: http://econdataresearch.blogspot.com/2010/10/using-email-alerts-to-catch-up-on-must.html.
For anything Cambridge journal related, you can select the RSS feeds here:

For anything Wiley related, like JMCB, the feed can be found at the corners of the journal pages.
For anything Elsevier related:
Because I have scripts block by default on my browser, I had trouble with the page *after* clicking on “New Article Feed”. If things work right, you should see the following page:
For journals that I cannot find feeds, I look for static pages (i.e., pages where the URL does not change) that list the upcoming journal articles, and use page2rss (http://page2rss.com/). For example, I can’t seem to find a RSS feed for AER. So, I use page2rss.com to monitor this page: http://www.aeaweb.org/forthcoming/output/accepted_AER.php
For AER, they do have email notification for new articles. So you can also do that. Finally, since Google Reader has passed away, I have switched to Feedly (http://cloud.feedly.com/).
